(2) Stage – Assistant(e) Chef de Produit / Communication – Casablanca

Post:

As an intern for the Marketing & Communication department, you will be in charge of:

  • Assist the product manager in market analysis, price-product positioning, product strategy …
  • Assist the Communication team with their agency briefs, branding strategy, digital strategy, etc.
  • Competitive intelligence and benchmark of the automotive market.

Required profile:

Looking for an end of studies internship in Marketing and / or Communication.

Conseiller Commercial Skoda (H/F) – Casablanca

Main mission:

Take on the role of brand ambassador, assist and advise prospects and customers throughout the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction monitoring.

Tasks:

  • Develop a customer portfolio by capturing opportunities in order to generate turnover and growth.
  • Ensure the necessary follow-up of this portfolio of projects and retain customers
  • Management of customer satisfaction after delivery of the vehicle and feedback
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Annual customer follow-up for a renewal project

Required profile:

  • Minimum level Bac + 4 Commerce / Sales
  • Knowledge of automotive sales techniques would be a plus

Chef de Produit (H/F) – Casablanca

Missions:

  • Analyze the automotive market to define and implement a product strategy and product actions aimed at achieving the brand’s objectives.
  • Collect and put into perspective all brand and competition information allowing the permanent optimization of the positioning of this price/product offer.
  • Relaying the product strategy (once validated by n + 1) to sales managers and trainers – can assist the training manager and his n + 1 in certain product pitches.
  • Detect any market opportunity allowing us to offer one-off product offers.
  • Be the guarantor of the application of procedures related to its activity.
  • Be the liaison between the parent company and the importer in its activity (Product & Price Manager).
  • Observe the directives, procedures, and work instructions in force.
  • Determine the range’s marketing strategy.
  • Be a source of proposals on the strategic and / or operational actions necessary to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives for the range.
  • Negotiate with the parent company for the positioning of the product/price/mix/volume offer.
  • Guarantee the consistency of the product and price policy of the range.
  • Ensure the consistency of the product policy in relation to customer demand (consumers and network).

Required profile:

  • Bac + 5 Marketing, Communication (Business School).
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive experience required.

Comptable (H/F) – Casablanca

Post:

  • Record and ensure the maintenance and exhaustive and regular updating of the general and analytical accounts.
  • Record payroll entries and analyze the corresponding accounts.
  • Ensure the correct analytical allocation of income and expenses.
  • Check the accuracy of accounting entries and analyze the accounts by making the necessary reconciliations.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts (suppliers, fixed assets, etc.)
  • Prepare periodic tax (VAT, IS …) and social declarations.

Required profile:

You master accounting standards and Moroccan tax regulations.

You have a good capacity for analysis, communication, and interaction with the various internal and external partners of the company.

Conseiller de Service Audi (H/F) – Casablanca

Daily tasks:

  • Preparation of the customer service appointment (availability of the spare part, workshop resource, technical information, service history, etc.).
  • Reception of the customer according to the standards in application.
  • Confirmation of the work to be undertaken with the customer and establishment of the repair order.
  • Update of the customer’s database (Address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.).
  • Follow-up of repairs in progress with workshop employees.
  • Coordination with the customer on the progress of maintenance and / or repair work.
  • Preparation of the delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
  • Explanation to the customer of the work performed (labor and spare part).
  • Invoicing of the repaired file.
  • Delivery of the vehicle to the customer.

Required profile:

  • Automotive Technician Diploma (BAC + 2).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.

Chargé(e) de Production Informatique (H/F) – Casablanca

Post:

The Production Manager is required to install, put into production, administer, and operate the applications under the responsibility.

He (she) supervises the operation of the various components of the information system (Applications, Data Center with its Management Systems, Networks, etc.) through supervision tools and triggers alerts and escalates information to his hierarchy.

He (she) participates in their proper functioning by ensuring that its various components are kept up to date with the objective of quality, productivity, and safety.

He (she) manages and administers the data management systems under his / her responsibility, ensuring their consistency, quality, and security.

He (she) participates in the definition and implementation of databases and software packages retained by the company.

Required profile:

Training and qualifications

Bac + 4 to Bac + 5 training in IT

Minimum of 4 years of IT operations/production experience with proven skills in SQL Server database administration (certification in SQL Server Database Administration is a plus).

General knowledge of information systems
