Chargé Support aux Succursale

Reporting to the Branch Support Manager, your main missions will consist of:

-Fluidification of business processes
-Participate in monitoring the process of setting up credit operations
-Check the data entered at the information system level;
-Check the compliance of legal documents
-Establish warranty claims;
-Contribute to the completion of extensions on time;
-Centralize the opinions on the exemption sheets and notes before their submission to General Management for approval;
-Monitor the opening of bank lines with partner banks.

-Claims management
-Ensure the input of complaints on the dedicated platform, route the process to the person in charge, and communicate the acknowledgment of receipt as well as the response letter to the Support Manager at the Branches for validation, before transmission to the Order Office for sending to the claiming.

-Collection of commissions
-Ensure the commission collection campaign;
-Analyze the aging balance communicated by the Finance Department.

-Establishment of reports

Required profile:

– Bac + 4 level training in management;
-Minimum experience of 2 years preferably in the banking sector;

Chargé de conformité

Reporting to the Risk-Management, Compliance and Quality Department, your main missions are:

-Conformity:
-Carry out checks on the application of regulations and the establishment of internal procedures and standards, particularly in terms of AML / CFT, FATCA …
-Ensure the compliance validation of operations and AML / CFT files (KYC, filtering, etc.)
-Analyze and monitor the risks arising from the AML / CFT process with a view to mitigating them, giving an opinion on the cases presented or detected.
-Perform compliance checks with regard to non-compliance risk subjects.
-Ensure the adequacy of Finéa’s processes and procedures with the legal and regulatory framework.
-Participate in supporting entities in setting up compliance actions and monitoring their implementation.

Required profile:

Responsable DOSI

Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director in charge of the Support Pole, your main missions will consist of:

Management of information systems
-Develop the IS master plan
-Design the functional, organizational, technical, and application architecture of the information system.
-Supervise the implementation of IT projects (planning of activities and resources, budget, project quality management, etc.)
-Assisting users in formalizing their IS needs and identifying technical specifications
-Validate IT needs for equipment and applications from different entities
-Participate in the drafting of specifications and the evaluation and qualification of supplier offers
-Ensure the design and development of IT applications in consultation with the various stakeholders and in compliance with industry standards
-Supervise relationships with providers and external partners
