Accountant

Your Role:

Account Paybale

  • Collecting all parts of the Supplier process concerning indirect purchases.
  • Control the conformity of received invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure the daily update of the accounting systems used and the accounting of indirect purchases coming from « Allied » or « Outside » suppliers.
  • Reconcile the accounting situation with the statements of invoices received by suppliers.
  • Follow up on the resolution of invoicing problems with the departments concerned (purchasing, reception, etc.).
  • Ensure a monthly closing of accounts for suppliers of indirect equipment.

Treasury

  • Prepare regulations for foreign and local suppliers.
  • Prepare the regulations for expenses reports.
  • Prepare salary advances and salaries payable by cheque or cash.
  • Record wage settlements and balances on all accounts.
  • Accounting for expenses carried forward settlements.
  • Record all Treasury transactions in the Bank Journal.

Your Background:

  • Master Degree in n Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience  0-2 Years in accounting,
  • French / English advanced knowledge is a must;
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details and problem solving abilities;
  • Autonomous, organized and versatile.
  • Ability to analyze & summarize and to adapt.
  • Prioritization of tasks and time management.
  • Knowledge on SAP would be a plus

Project Leader

Your Role:

  • Implement all changes required by customer and ensure proper change management according to procedure;
  • Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development.
  • 5 why’s, BOM’s problems and customer complaints.
  • Ensuring the revision of PFMEA’s for engineering changes and application of the required actions.
  • Ensure Preplanning activities: Break kit, Assembly sequence and connections, WPO,SOS improvement and Kaizen concept.
  • Prepare and update: Kitting Matrix, Kit assembly sequence,Building sequence,SOS Status & Moving, Diagram flow, MSD.
  • Promote and participate in KMS activities.
  • Ensure the smooth running of certification audits

Your Background:

Material Controller

Primary Job Purpose:

  • Monitor and track supplier purchase orders and forecasts on a timely basis to ensure timely availability of materials
  • Liaise with global vendor planner on supplier shipment conformance
  • Liaise with production planner to ensure level forecast to suppliers
  • Ensure suppliers compliance in delivery, services and procedures
  • Strategize and control material to meet inventory goals
  • Manage materials stock and transactions using SAP

ME Manager

Your Role:

  • Responsible for managing a team of supervisors & engineers
  • Responsible for resource planning, team capability development on molding and assembly automation processes.
  • Be the plant technical lead and head problem-solving resource for all machining and tooling processes.
  • Work with the production team to ensure work throughput is improved while achieving maximum machine tool life.
  • Technical resource for new machining methods, equipment selection, automation projects and advanced machining methods.
  • Thought leader for best practices in the area of Manufacturing Engineering as part of Digital Transformation initiative

Quality Engineer

Your Role:

-Ensure the processing of customer complaints in collaboration with other departments;

-Oversee the application of EOS systems and procedures;

-Analyze the customer’s product quality requirements;

-Ensure the management of customer complaints;

-Evaluate the manufacturing process in collaboration with the Engineering Department;

-Inform the engineers of the Engineering Department of any anomalies and decide on corrective actions in collaboration with them;

-Examine and validate the means of production and control and ensure the implementation of periodic equipment inspection plans;

New Business Quotes Estimators -German Speaker

Role:

Define the Manufacturing System for business under quote in EMEA region according to customers specifications & APTIV rules, and support new projects development.

Accountabilities:

The Role holder is responsible for achieving the following duties:

  • Estimate process investment for new business quotes, and ensure the implementation of customer standards with the appropriate impact on the process.
  • Analyze all possible scenarios of Manufacturing System Design based on available information during business quote and drive selection of best proposal to the customer based on strengths and weaknesses criteria of each scenario.
  • Ensure all the required inputs from Manufacturing Engineering to strengthen APTIV offers and provide solid, realistic and ambitious MSD proposals.
  • Represent Manufacturing Engineering during Costumer meetings providing all necessary input to support new businesses award.
  • Support new projects MSD development & implementation, and use lessons learned during new businesses quote.
  • Develop new Bill Of Process guidelines with central team, and promote new technologies and innovation projects to be used in new business quotes.

Requirements:

Process Coordinator

Your Role:

  • Reviewing, updating and improving the production process / launch new products;
  • Analyze and implement engineering change letters received from the customer;
  • Prepare and implement work instructions for each process;
  • Provides to production and other departments correct documentation;
  • Provides support to production and quality departments in solving problems;
  • Reporting project status in terms of timing, improvements and innovations activities;

Your Role:

  • Integrate the electric testing of the harnesses into the production flow;
  • Analyze customer requirements according to customer’s drawings and specifications;
